Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing CT/MRI as required by staff physicians under the
direction of Radiologist.
• Responsible for all patient imaging procedures – reflect on the impact of ethics,
safety and legal requirements on clinical practice.
• Analyze the physiological and physical capabilities of the patient undergoing
examination.
• Evaluate critically justify and modify the appropriate scanning protocols employed
in imaging(CT/MRI) examination.
• Responsible for Radiation safety in the CT with the principle of ALARA – As Low As
Reasonably Achievable.
• Perform Radiographic procedures assigned to me in time and to perfection with
independent judgment.
• Receiving and completing requisition form and reports; preparing and monitoring
supplies and equipment; patient monitoring and operating acquisition equipment;
including archiving acquired images computerized patient data system.
• Actively Involving in teaching programs and taking theory classes and practical
demonstration for Radiographic students coming for Radiography Technology
courses.
• Preparation of examination room, documentation of patient history including
allergies, patient care and assessment.
