RIG CONSTRUCTION (SHIPYARD)
• Reviewed structural WPS, PQR, WQT, NDE procedure as per National drilling company requirement.
• Monitor the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection
schedules and the review and approval of all topside quality records.
• Attending Weekly QA/QC Meeting Internal & Weekly Construction Meetings. Review of Manufacturing data
records, QA Handbook, Mechanical Datebook, Test Certificate, Operating manual, Service manual, Product
Certificate, Calibration certificate.
• Review the QAP and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), NDT Plan as per Owner specification
• Materials (Base Materials/Consumables,) inspection.
• Review of WPS, PQR, WPQ and welder qualification.
• NDE (RT, UT, PT, MPT) Witness and Review
• Perform fit-up inspection during shop fabrication & erection on structures
• Perform weld visual inspection during shop fabrication & erection on structures
