as you grow your network, soon you will reach the maximum cycles per day you are entitled. It will then be based on the type of package you purchase during registration. The maximum cycle per day is the safety net of the company. The cycles beyond your limit is called “flush-out”. It will be the earning of i-FERN. Cycles are counted everyday. The cut-off is 12:00MN.
To increase your cycle, aim to advance your rank by continuous sponsoring. When you reach 20 PSD’s you are now candidate for Presidential Director. When you reach the total cycles of 5,000 you become a full-pledge Presidential Director enjoying the 80 cycles per day potential.
Base on the members in your Left Sales Team and Right Sales Team, the i-FERN System will create a FORCED Matrix that is 3x12. It is the systems task to form your matrix base on the date of registration of your members.
Through time, your network will grow. Each time a new member signs-up in your organization, he/she will occupy a slot in your matrix. The middle column represents the members or business accounts in your network. The formation of your matrix will be based on the power of 3. For each level, there is a maximum number of slots. For each member in your matrix, you will then be rewarded with a commission of $1 per member when they re-order products with total of 20 Point Value. More or less $50.00.
The matching bonus is one of the best features of i-FERN compensation plan. Based on the Team Sales Commission of your personally sponsored distributors or Generation 1 (G1), you will be rewarded with a matching bonus of 10% of all your Generations 1 income. If your generation 1 member named Peter is earning $1,000 in his Team Sales Commission, you will received 10% or $100. For sure, Peter will also have his own personally sponsored members which is your Generation 2. the company will then match the income of your Generation 2 with 4%.
As you advance your rank, your matching bonus on the TSC will also increase up to Generation 5.
Aside from the matching bonus on TSC, i-FERN has a matching bonus on Group Sales Rebates or the Matrix. Your member named Peter will also have an income on his GSR or Matrix. Based on the income of Peter on his GSR, you will then be rewarded with a 10% matching bonus. You are only required to maintain $50 worth of products.
