2. An experienced business leader, Rance Miles
applies his skills in management at Quality Milk
Sales in New Mexico, where he serves as both the
COO and CFO. In addition to his work with
Quality Milk Sales, Rance Miles enjoys giving back
to the community through his support of various
charitable organizations, including the National
Court Appointed Special Advocate Association.
The National Court Appointed Special Advocate
Association, known as the CASA Association,
strives to provide much-needed support to
children awaiting permanent placement in the
foster care system.
3. Through the organization, volunteers are appointed
by courts and assigned to children who have been
removed from their homes due to abuse, violence,
neglect, and other serious situations. Ensuring
children are not forgotten or overlooked by the
system, these volunteers work to make sure that each
child finds a home and family, rather than simply a
move to a temporary or inadequate living situation.
Since its founding in Seattle in 1977, the CASA
Association has expanded to over 950 programs
located in 49 states and Washington, DC. As a result
of the organization’s efforts, countless children have
gone on to find familial stability that has contributed
to their achieving long-term personal success.
