not the words themselves, but the colours in which the words
                        are shown

                           RED

            CHARACTERTISTICS OF
             CREATIVE THINKER
 They prefer complexity and some degree
  of apparent imbalance in phenomena.
 They are more complex
  psychodynamically and have greater
  personal scope.
 They are more independent in there
  judgement.
 They are more self-assertive and
  dominant.
18

NATURE OF CREATIVE
THINKER
 CONVERGENT THINKER.

 DIVERGENT THINKER.
Negative Attitudes That
       Block Creativity
 1. Oh no, a problem! The reaction to a problem
is often a bigger problem than the problem
  itself.
 2. It can't be done. This attitude is, in effect,
surrendering before the battle. By assuming
that something cannot be done or a problem
cannot be solved, a person gives the problem
a power or strength it didn't have before
20

 3. I can't do it. Or There's nothing I can
do. Some people think, well maybe the
problem can be solved by some expert
 4. That's childish. In our effort to appear
  always mature and sophisticated.
21

Positive attitude for Creativity
 Curiosity : Creative people want to
  know things..
 Eg - I was once repairing something …
 Challenge :- Curious people like to
  challenge assumptions behind Ideas,
  proposals , problems..
22

A belief that most problem can be solved :- By
faith at first and experience later on …the creative
thinker beliefs that something can always
   Be done..
 Problems are interesting …. Many people confront
ever problem with a sudden and turn of a head
  ….
• deny being creative.
• too serious at work
• Need to follow rules
• Doing always with confusion
• Fear of committing mistakes

PUZZLE 1
                 There is blood on
                  the ceiling of my
                bedroom. There has
                 been no murder or
                    killing of any
                person. Nobody has
                played any trick on
                           me.
                Can you suggest a
                        logical
                    explanation?
26

Clue To Puzzle 1
27

Answer To Puzzle 1
A mosquito bit me. It later
  landed on my bedroom
  ceiling. I climbed on the
bed and I swatted it on my
ceiling. (So the blood is my
      own as well as the
         mosquito's).
28

Puzzle 2

            An ordinary American
                citizen, with no
                passport, visits over
                thirty foreign
                countries in one day.
                He is welcomed in each
                country, and leaves
                each one of his own
                accord.
29

Clue To Puzzle 2
30

Answer To Puzzle 2
He is a mail courier who
    delivers packages to the
 different foreign embassies in
the United States. The land of
  an embassy belongs to the
  country of the embassy, not
       to the United States.
31

Puzzle 3

            A man is born
              in 1972 and
             dies in 1952
               at the age
                 of 25.
               How is this
                possible?
32

Clue To Puzzle 3
33

Answer To Puzzle 3
He's born in room number 1972
of a hospital and dies in room
 number 1952. The numbers can
of course vary; it was originally
     set up with those numbers
reversed (born in 1952, died in
1972), but I like it better this way.
