Ans-As a goal, because if the Person have a goal 
than he/she can become a very successful 
person in his/her life.

Ans-to become a successful employ they shuold 
have a following qualities
1) Full fill goal in given time period. 
2) Team building. 
3) Positive attitude towards work. 
4) Have a good communication skill. 
5) Seriousness towards the work. 
Q.4)According to you, What is a job satisfaction..? 
Ans:- If the person that come to us gets proper 
satisfaction that is the biggest satisfaction for 
us.
Q.5)sir..sometimes in your carrier you might have 
faced your juniors are not working according to 
your Expectations. How do you make them 
work..? 
Ans:-I make them realize the importance of that 
work and if they do not complete the work it 
will affect there future. Thus i make positive 
attitude of theirs towards work.

Ans:-I make them realize the importance of that work and if they do not complete the work it will affect there future. Thus i make positive attitude of theirs towards work.
