This document discusses improving the quality of simulteaching, which is teaching students both online and in-person simultaneously. It analyzes demand for support during simulteaching sessions and identifies common issues like technical problems. The goal is to shift back effectively from online to in-person interactions and troubleshoot challenges. Tracking simulteaching activity can help instructional leaders address issues and plan for the future, which may include social learning features, self-paced online preparation, and increasing course offerings.
