pursuant to Rule 9010-1 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure of the United
States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, for the admission pro hac vice of Ezra H.
Cohen (the "Admittee") of Troutman Sanders LLP, Bank of America Plaza, 600 Peachtree
Street, Suite 5200, Atlanta, Georgia 30308-2216, to represent the Allied Systems Holdings, Inc.
and Allied Systems, Ltd. (L.P.) (the "Alleged Debtors") in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases
and any related adversary proceedings.
The Admittee is a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Georgia and is
admitted to practice law in all state courts of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of
Georgia, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle District of
Georgia
