5. Code and convention;-Channel logo is used Rhiannon Lewis We have used the logo on the poster to show what channel the documentary is on which is Channel 4 as the logo is an identity the audience would know what channel it is without use of the channel name itself.
6. Rhiannon Lewis On the first ticket the logo is bottom right but when we created the poster the logo moved to just short of centre right.
7. Code and convention;-Branded Rhiannon Lewis We have used Channel 4 proudly presents on the top of the ticket as it is meant to be representative of a gig ticket. We have used Channel 4 for the name which is one the correct titles stated on the ‘Channel 4 Identity Style Guide’ .
8. Code and convention;-Time and date is shown Rhiannon Lewis We have presented the time and date in three formats; two main and one minor. The minor one being 09 may 2011. The other times and dates are Fri 09 May 2011 and 9th May 9:00pm. Both of the main formats fit in with the ‘Channel 4 Identity Style Guide’ combinations.
9. Codes and conventions;-Simple graphics -Limited use of words. Rhiannon Lewis On the main poster text we have used limited words being the programme title, slogan plus the time and date. The only graphics would be the boxes around the text and the Channel 4 logo. The image has more text as it is representative of a gig ticket and only has essential text such as venue, price, time & date and the artist, in our case the artist being the programme.
