7. Connection to the Technician begins. The chat window will open.

8. Customer/Technician Chat. Technician’s request to access Customer’s PC

9. Customer gives permission to the Technician to access his/her PC

10. The Technician accesses client PC to fix the file issues/problem.

11. The Technician resolves remotely the problem, being supervised by the Customer.

12. Evaluation of the Session. Customer and Technician are both able to provide the feedback on the service received/provided.
