Peace Fun Day

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION 2009 isan event produced by lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC, &TS Entertainment.
Entry Requirements
To beeligible toentertheINCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION, a group must have two tosix members and bestudents
at a local elementary, junior high, or high school. Each member must make a substantial contribution tothe groups' performance
Entry forms for the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION must be completed and signed on behalf of the group and
returned by November 6, 2009, to the satisfaction of the official organizer (lima Rodgers-Francis).
The member of the group signing the entry form warrants that he/she is authorized by each other member of the group to sign the entry form and to
commit them to those terms and conditions.
Professional dance groups are not eligibleto enter the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION.
Agroup (and each member of that group) entering the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION must agree to be bound by
all these terms and conditions.
Each group entering theINCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION gives lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC. and TS Entertainment
permission to use its name and pictures of each group member for promotional purposes for a period of 1 year from the dateofthecompetition
g- Each group entering the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION gives lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC, andTS Entertainment
permission to film their performance at any time during the competition. This performance content may then be broadcast via various media
channels.
h. Failure by a group (or a member of that group) tocomply with these terms and conditions may result in all members of the group incurring a penalty
or being disqualified from the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION. "'-
Performance Requirements
Eachgroup must ensure theyare prepared and ready to commence performance at the designated time during the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN
DAY &DANCE COMPETITION (as the case may require). Reasonable notice of the designated time will be given.
Each group must ensure that they do not exceed its performance time allowance. Notice of the time allowance will begiven tothegroup onthe day
of the Event in which it is participating.
Each group and its members must conduct themselves with pride and respect. USE OF PROFANITY AND VULGARITY WILL NOT BE
PERMITTED. The dance routine must be age-appropriate and reflect good conduct byeach and everygroupmember. Profanity and vulgarity will
constitute immediate disqualification.
Each group will be required to submit music selection(s) prior to its performance at the event.
For the purpose of these terms and conditions, Event refers to the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION.
Judging Criteria
Judging criteria applied by the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION will be as follows: CHOREOGRAPHY/CREATIVITY
(25 PTS). USE OF MUSIC (15 PTS), SHOWMANSHIP (20PTS). EXECUTION (20 PTS), FORMATION (10 PTS), SYNCHRONIZATION (10 PTS).
Judges decisions are final. Neither the Judges nor another entity providing services to the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE
COMPETITION will enter into or engage in any correspondence, discussion, or debate aboutthe organization or the outcome of the INCREASE
THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION events.
4. Prizes
a. Each group entering will receive an INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION certificate.
b. Each winning group will be selected from an elementary level, and a junior high or high school level.
Obligations imposed on winners of INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION
Thewinners of the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION mustact as ambassadors for lima Rodgers-Francis. ODC, &TS
Entertainmentfor a 1 year period from date of event. Winners may be required to perform promotional duties across all forms of media.
Winnersmust comply with the rules of conduct issued by lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC,&TS Entertainment.
lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC, &TS Entertainment reserve theright to withdraw the prize described in clause 4 (b) at any time, should thewinners of
the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION:
(1) fail to comply with their ambassadorial obligations; or
(2) conduct themselves in such a manner as to bringshame and embarrassment to lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC, &TS Entertainment.
Limitation of Liability
The administrative arrangements outlined in the terms and conditions may be subject to changes by lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC. &TS
Entertainment as deemed proper for the smooth running of the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION. No claims shall be
recognized in respect to these arrangements.
lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC. &TS Entertainment has sole discretion regarding organization of the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE
COMPETITION, including dates and times of the Event and the order in which groups will perform.
While all care shall be taken inrunning the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY &DANCE COMPETITION, lima Rodgers-Francis, ODC, &TS
Entertainmentis not liable, to the extent permitted by law, to any group entering the INCREASE THE PEACE FUN DAY & DANCE COMPETITION,
or any other person, for any loss, damage or injury resulting from negligence that any groupor their members, or any other person, may sufferas a
consequence.
