Silvia impression about our third Comenius Meeting in Italy

1. MY IMPRESSION ABOUT OUR THIRD MEETING IN ITALY
The third meeting in our project “The Voices from the Land” took place in
Italy, from the 20th
to 26th
May. It was amazing and incredible. It was the first time I
traveled with my students, so it did the experience more exiting. Although we had
some logistic problems with the flight, when we stepped Italy everything changed.
Our meeting at the hotel was fantastic, mothers and fathers were warm and cheerful
with me and with the children, so I stayed very happy of seeing my students going
with the host families.
On Tuesday, we stayed at Leonori school, and I have no words to express
what I felt when teachers, and mothers received us as if we were members of their
families. They prepared many activities in order to make us feel comfortable;
students played instruments, performanced Pinochio, families prepared typical
(delicious…) food etc. It was a complete day and full of good memories.
The rest of the week we saw different places of Rome, like Ostia, very
interesting because we could see how houses were distributed in ancient times. We
made a tour in limousine at night, so so amazing, that when I listened to some songs
and close my eyes I can relive that incredible moments. Also we could see Rome
during the day. It is crowded of people¡¡¡¡¡ normally because Rome is… a marvelous
creation in nature.
I was very happy seeing my students playing and laughing with Italian
students. They felt very comfortable with them.
I take this moment to thanks one more time to Raffaela for this incredible
meeting, and also to Simonetta, Ana and Federica for staying all the time with us.
I hope to see all my Comenius partners in Poland, all of them make special
this project.
