REMODELING OF TQM IMPLEMENTATION SYSTEMS
As an outcome of more than a decade of continuous research and innovation, institutional leadership, professional and
institutional development, and working closely with responsive institutions in Nepal and abroad, I have derived three new
models for promoting institutions by injecting in them with total quality management (TQM) process climate. I wish these
models can be used in various organizations with slight customization so as to bring home the implementation of quality
management systems in organizations for the attainment of systems innovation, change and transformation.
