Change the world… km
       by km
In 2011, Quebec is occupied
Occupied by malnutrition…
and by sedentarity…
60 of 100 workers are obese
23 of 100 workers are 20% over their
           healthy weight
50 of 100 workers are not physically
              active
19 of 100 workers smoke
50 of 100 workers have moderate or
          elevated stress
Some people might see a problem…

We see an opportunity!
Are you sitting on a gold mine?
An active worker is 12% more efficient
For a company, a non-smoking worker costs
3150 C$ less per year than a smoking worker
65% of adults affirm that physical activity
             reduces stress
Worker who are implied in an activity program amid their company
have a turnover rate that is 34% lower than the average
How can we exploit this gold mine?
