· Providing assistance to the Accounts Manager- Finance & Accounts in all activities.

Stock Auditor at AL JABER GALLERY L.L.C (Dubai) December 2011 to till date 
· Ensuring all incoming product is received into inventory timely and accurately. 
· Processing all transfers, both incoming and outgoing, according to standard procedures. 
· Stocking product and maintaining inventory. 
· Monitored inventory levels and authorized to check inventory cycle counts.
· Researching stock counts and identifying reasons for missing product or negative 
quantities. 
· Making a proper inventory schedule. 
· Assist with the preparation of annual stock takes in conjunction with Audit and Store 
Manager, 
· Preparing the variance report and investigating the reason for discrepancies of stock. 
· Submitting the discrepancy report to management for approval 
· Ensure proper adjustment of defective stock items as per company policy. 
· Coordinating with more than 50 clients in the office as well as in the retail outlets, 
fulfilling their requirements, as well as troubleshooting and online Support for 
inventory with ERP program(ORION) 
· Supervising junior staff. 
· Preparation of various reports for senior managers. 
· Coordinating with Auditors for carrying out Audit. 
· Other duties as assigned related to inventory.

· Responsible for finalization of Statutory Audit of Companies, Partnership firms, 
Proprietary concerns, dealing in Trading, Manufacturing servicing and financing activities 
· Conducting internal audit including trading, manufacturing and financial companies.
