Ricky Warrik
A serial entrepreneur, Ricky has set up and run
business’ in his career from book publishing &
distribution, apparels manufacturing & export to
working in companies like Wipro and Honeywell in the
operations and CRM domains.
He has facilitated and transitioned several processes
from Honeywell USA to their captive contact center in
Gurgaon. He is a Six Sigma Plus GB trained professional.
He set up CareerTrack Inc in 2004 and has been actively
involved in pursuing his passion for training. As a result
he has been able to forge strategic alliances with PMG International-USA
and more recently, Prism Learning Systems also of USA. The programs
currently offered are the best in the segments and resultant increase in
market share of Talent Engagement is proof of quality of the training
programs on offer. He is a member of AMA (American Management
Association) & a consultant on call for Gerson Lehman Group-USA.
4. Design and Advisory Team
Rebecca Lacy
Pinnacle Management Group, Inc. (PMG) was founded in
1997 by Rebecca & Larry Lacy to assist organizations in
all sectors to reach their full potential by maximizing
their human capital.
Prior to co-founding PMG, Rebecca was with The Boeing
Company (formerly McDonnell Douglas) at the Arizona
facility for fourteen years. During that time, she assisted
many companies in the area of business development,
and was active on a national level for development of
legislation to benefit small businesses. She provided mentorship to a variety
of companies and non-profit agencies, and was the focal point for the
corporation in the area of Native American economic development. In this
capacity she managed a program that assisted in establishing a
manufacturing plant on the White Mountain Apache Reservation, and
provided continuing mentorship for nearly 10 years. Rebecca has been
recognized on the local and national level for her efforts to assist business
development.
5. Design and Advisory Team
Larry Lacy
In his capacity as the Executive Vice President of PMG,
Larry has co-developed the Team Scorecard, curriculum,
and other instruments in PMG’s toolbox. He provides
services to organizations in a variety of areas including
organizational development, strategic planning, coaching,
and business development.
Prior to co-founding PMG, Larry spent many years with
McDonnell Douglas Corporation in roles that called upon
his ability to develop the skills and abilities of the
workforce. This included being the Director of
Organizational Development for a facility with several hundred employees
where he developed and delivered a program that enhanced the overall
performance of the company.
In total, Larry has more than two decades of training and development
experience. He is a certified facilitator and has extensive experience
developing and delivering curriculum to diverse audiences.

Dhruv Trivedy
MA (PM & LW) TISS-A Premier
Institute for HR professionals-1973. Dhruv has had
extensive experience varying from evolving
organisational culture through interventions to handling
typical situations. He has been teaching OB, OD, HR
(including HR Strategy), Business Ethics, IR & industrial
psychology to students of both BBA and MBA).
Also conducted entrepreneurial training for Hyundai
Dealers on ‘Customer Handling’ and an open house
programme for small entrepreneurs on ‘Change’ titled ‘Many Roles-Moving
Goals’. Although the core competence lies in conducting training
programmes on ‘Interpersonal Skills Enhancement’ and ‘Change
Management’ have conducted many programmes on ‘Industrial Safety,
Health and Housekeeping’

Daisy Varun
Daisy Varun is a Professional Behavioral Analyst. She
has over 9 years of experience in Creative Content
Writing, Operations, Client Relationship Management,
Strategy Planning and Training & Development. She
has been associated with the service industry working
across verticals in ITES, Telecom, Banking and
Financial Services.
She has facilitated and developed trainings for Communication skills,
Customer Service, Team work, Leadership Development, Developing Self
Excellence, Sales and Negotiation, Retail, Change Management, Conflict
Management, Positive Attitude, Competency based Assessment and
Development center, and Behavioral Profiling.

Monica Sudhir
Monica Sudhir has over 18 years of experience
enabling teams to excel, she has trained executives of
MNCs and Corporates at all levels in the areas of
Leadership and Motivation, Communication for
Organizational Excellence, Attitudinal Awareness,
Building Excellent Teams, Time Management, Faculty
Development, Presentation Skills, Customer Service
and Selling Skills. Her interventions have impacted Organizations like
Mitsui & Co India Pvt. Ltd. Indian Oil Corporation, Godrej & Boyce, BHEL,
MMTC, JCBL, Ford Motors & Maruti Suzuki.
Currently, a Senior Consultant with Chilworth Safety and Risk
Management P. Ltd. she has designed, developed and implemented
‘Behavioural Safety Interventions’ on a long-term basis in chemical
Manufacturing Plants.
