5. Corporate Events & Building Mgt. Plan, promote, and conduct worship services and corporate events. Assess the spiritual condition of first-time guests and recommend believers to MAP. Manage the facilities of the Center (housekeeping, maintenance and security).
8. EQUIP EquippingQualified Useful & Interdependent People Plan, promote, and conduct EQUIP training seminars or classes. Identify, train and deploy qualified equippers. Monitor the progress of those who are going through EQUIP. Evaluate and improve the EQUIP curriculum.
10. Ministry of Assimilation and Pastoral Care (MAP) Visit first-time guests who are assumed to be believers already. Make final assessment of the spiritual condition of first-time guests. Promote, form and oversee small groups. Organize Community Events. Make sure that everyone in each community are being cared for and discipled.

14. Church Management Team (CMT) Determine the overall direction of the church. Coordinate and integrate all the departments so that the whole church is moving as one. Make decisions that would enable the church to effectively and efficiently fulfill its mission. Oversee the selection, development, and deployment of leaders across the board. Send out people from the church as missionaries or church planters. Oversee the sattelite churches of RLCC.
