15. Relief 2.0 is comprised of individuals who act independently, without the constrains of red tape -- to get things done. Relief 2.0 get information and issues on the ground out, and connects the local people with people around the world through social networks. Small independent units then complete the cycle by actually addressing those issues and delivering the response required and supported by the social network.
24. Although we cannot help those who have lost their lives. We can however, empower those who survived to rebuild their community.
25. Relief 2.0 Enterprise We need to start working with the disaster survivors and enable them as entrepreneurs before they are turned into refugees by conventional relief.
26. We plan to support local businesses to restart and to help communities get back on their feet.
27. We can enable them to restart their businesses, by engaging them in the rebuilding process and connecting them to those who can support them.
