The National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) has organized and currently maintains several resources to serve its members and the public. The National Data Center, which was developed by Chapter 13 trustees, is a collection of members’ ongoing bankruptcy cases and claims data. The information is updated nightly, and contributors include lawyers, debt buyers, and anyone else who is involved in Chapter 13 cases. The database provides quality data to subscribers and helps them with numerous aspects of Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which includes tracking debtor payments and allowing clients to analyze their entire portfolio in one electronic location.

The NACTT Academy is available to the public.
A separate organization from NACTT, the
academy collects and publishes resources
related to Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

4. Much of the information, which is available on
the academy’s new website, is open to the
entire community. In its next phase of
development, the website will offer the highest-quality,
most detailed material to paid
subscribers only.
