To make changes, double-click the appointment.
Save!
To cancel appointment – a cancellation e-mail will be sent
Change date, time, place, reminders, attendees, etc. and click Send Update
Writing a message is optional

If you haven’t clicked Save, you will receive a prompt to
save changes, or send updates, or cancel and return to the
appointment for more editing.
