Be reminded from 5 minutes to 2 weeks ahead of time

7. Search your calendar
Find calendar items by keyword – great for reports!

8. Get started!
Open Outlook:
1. Start Menu
2. All Programs
3. Microsoft Office
4. Microsoft Office
Outlook 2007

9. Make an appointment!
Click Calendar tab > New > Appointment.

10. Make an appointment!
Fill in what, where, when, and details.

11. Make an appointment!
Click Scheduling Assistant.

12. Make an appointment!
Type names to invite.
Check availability
Dragging vertical lines will change times

13. Make an appointment!
Click Send.
Both attendees free

14. Make an appointment!
The appointment shows on attendees’ calendars.

15. Make changes, send updates
To make changes, double-click the appointment.
Save!
To cancel appointment – a cancellation e-mail will be sent
Change date, time, place, reminders, attendees, etc. and click Send Update
Writing a message is optional

16. Make changes, send updates
If you haven’t clicked Save, you will receive a prompt to
save changes, or send updates, or cancel and return to the
appointment for more editing.
