T&M project and leading consultant and client project team from project planning through closing,
providing services around business process standardization, building and implementing IT Road

Client is transforming their finance function into three strategic initiatives. One of the strategic initiative
programs in Corporate Finance Division is to transform 10 Securities Accounting Applications, EUC’s and
its corresponding Sub-ledgers. Our team was selected to help client in supporting implementation of new
accounting system called as SimCorp Dimension.
o Due to the implementation of SimCorp, all the existing interfaces with legacy systems needs to be
developed again as SimCorp being the primary system replacing all 10 old legacy applications in 2
phases. Helped client in choosing the right middleware technology (TIBCO).
o Simcorp being a new platform, client had very limited requirements to begin with. Had built a
generic interface framework supporting various integration mechanism and patterns which had
reduced the development timeline significantly by covering all future interface requirements.

As a part of Infrastructure Architecture Assessment project, Performed a quick current state assessment in
terms of Testing, Data Center, AIP architecture, Capacity planning, monitoring, demand forecasting and
infrastructure sizing. Recommended a suitable testing framework for the US JDE Go Live for a $12 B a
leading bioscience and medical product healthcare company (Baxter).
o Analyzed and synthesized data collected and compare against leading best practices.
o Delivered a holistic assessment and recommendations for the key areas of the global service bus
platform being called as an Application Integration Platform.
o The value delivered to client, assist them in improving their testing and monitoring process,
reducing single point of failure, improve order processing activities for large transactions and
opened the door for renewed contract negotiation for Data Centre.
As a part of Peoplesoft 8.4 to 9.0 upgrade efforts, assist Verizon in the areas of testing, deployment and
project management. As a part of TMO/PMO team, managed testing activities related to 177 interfaces
compromising of more than 35 different systems supporting different functional areas of Peoplesoft ERP
such as HR, GL, AP, AR, Tax, PO and PC interacting with different departments and very large client and
KPMG team. Later on moved on to support deployment activities related to all 177 interfaces during go live.
o The value delivered to client, help them successfully migrated from Peoplesoft 8.4 to 9.0.
As a part of Oracle R12 (EBS)/ Fusion Applications upgrade effort, assist a quick service restaurant with
annual sales over $3.5 billion dollar in assessing their current state financial back office business processes,
the current state architecture and current state inventory of custom objects.
o Provided recommendations for the future state business process design and for the custom objects
that should migrate to the selected oracle system (oracle R12 or Oracle fusion applications).
o The value delivered to client, assist them with the collection and objective summarization of
project information that allows client to move to the detail design and build phase of the oracle R12
(EBS) / Fusion applications Implementation
Due to the amount of customizations and separation of an Order Management as a standalone, custom
application, operations and maintenance of the current financial system were challenging and often time
consuming for a leading $4 billion cloud and virtualization software company.
o As a Technical track lead/SME, provided a high level assessment and set of viable scenarios (e.g.

such as remaining on Oracle 11i, upgrade to Oracle R12.1.3, unwinding iProcurement and
iExpense to workday, implementing HFM or migrating to SAP or other ERP platform) for

Informatica to standardize key performance matrics and reports across Rollins (specifically sales as
their business depends on number of pest control contracts they get from customers/organizations)
to reduce a need for running a multiple queries and multiple performance reports based out of
separate data sources.
o Led the Servsuite (CRM) Implementation Program. Due to lack of important functionalities/gaps in
their existing AS400 based systems as Rollins businesses grew after acquisition of several pest
control companies, they were consolidating IT operations and migrating from AS400 based systems
to Servsuite.Net (CRM System - leading pest control software) to have better control over
scheduling, invoicing and reporting.
o Helped Rollins moving away from Waterfall based project approach to agile based project approach

• From initiation to “go-live”, managed a whole technical thread of the global 3 yr ERP transformation
specifically focused in JD Edwards 8.12/Oracle Fusion middleware/SOA, collaborated side-by-side with the
CTO of Harper Collins, a $1.5B global Book publishing and distribution arm of News Corporation.
o Developed a solution to address their antiquated Order-To-Cash processes and infrastructure. Their
legacy model was comprised of disparate/autonomous global operating divisions running highly
customized mainframe systems. The project had four go-lives in 2006-2008 (for U.S., Canada, UK,
and Zondervan) with a global scoping, planning and modeling phase that set the standards to the
regional rollouts.
o Due to project size and complexity, the project scope also includes developing organizational
change management strategies (Change leadership, Organizational design/role mapping,
communication plan, Training & Knowledge Transfer etc). Change management and knowledge
management phases were defined and approved by client management sponsors in early 2009.
The solution provided to the client brought single global operating model, provided operational
efficiencies in the area of IT, data management, transaction processing, and also greatly enhances
clients’ ability to analyze its performance across multiple divisions and locations thus increased in ROI
and substantial savings.
• Led an enterprise wide application architecture assessment initiative for Key Energy Services. Key
responsibilities are:
Examine/evaluate the core set of global enterprise applications used to plan, manage and control
business critical resources.
o Standardize their key business processes such as Order to cash, procure to pay, Acquire to Dispose,
Record to Report and hire to retire by leveraging Oracle Red Stack Technologies.
The value delivered to the client increased operational efficiency, end user productivity, streamlined
the fulfillment process, reduced invoice rejection rates and improved their GL and collection systems.
“Point-of-Contact” responsible for overseeing an enterprise IT transformation initiative for Take Two

Recommended a suitable testing framework for the US JDE Go Live for a $12 B a leading bioscience and medical product healthcare company (Baxter). o Analyzed and synthesized data collected and compare against leading best practices. o Delivered a holistic assessment and recommendations for the key areas of the global service bus platform being called as an Application Integration Platform. o The value delivered to client, assist them in improving their testing and monitoring process, reducing single point of failure, improve order processing activities for large transactions and opened the door for renewed contract negotiation for Data Centre. As a part of Peoplesoft 8.4 to 9.0 upgrade efforts, assist Verizon in the areas of testing, deployment and project management. As a part of TMO/PMO team, managed testing activities related to 177 interfaces compromising of more than 35 different systems supporting different functional areas of Peoplesoft ERP such as HR, GL, AP, AR, Tax, PO and PC interacting with different departments and very large client and KPMG team. Later on moved on to support deployment activities related to all 177 interfaces during go live. o The value delivered to client, help them successfully migrated from Peoplesoft 8.4 to 9.0. As a part of Oracle R12 (EBS)/ Fusion Applications upgrade effort, assist a quick service restaurant with annual sales over $3.5 billion dollar in assessing their current state financial back office business processes, the current state architecture and current state inventory of custom objects. o Provided recommendations for the future state business process design and for the custom objects that should migrate to the selected oracle system (oracle R12 or Oracle fusion applications). o The value delivered to client, assist them with the collection and objective summarization of project information that allows client to move to the detail design and build phase of the oracle R12 (EBS) / Fusion applications Implementation Due to the amount of customizations and separation of an Order Management as a standalone, custom application, operations and maintenance of the current financial system were challenging and often time consuming for a leading $4 billion cloud and virtualization software company. o As a Technical track lead/SME, provided a high level assessment and set of viable scenarios (e.g. such as remaining on Oracle 11i, upgrade to Oracle R12.1.3, unwinding iProcurement and iExpense to workday, implementing HFM or migrating to SAP or other ERP platform) for o o o the future state financial system. Provided evaluation of each scenario to support company’s objective to minimize risk to financial operations. Identify opportunities to adopt standard functionality and rationalize customizations in the future state system. Change management and knowledge management phases were defined and approved by client management sponsors in early 2009.
