TFN 2008 Route Day 4: Virajpet to Kalpetta
I set out at sunrise riding east. That means against the Sun. The road continued to be bad till
Ponnampet. From there it was bad too till Kerala except for some stretches of newly done
tarmac.

Entered Kerala after going the wrong way at the border town of Kutta. I even had to pedal uphill
becaus e of the navigation error.

10 Km to go. It was dark. I rode and rode through the woods. Through the dark. I reached
Kalpetta around 1900. It was a little trouble than the previous days finding accommodation but I
did find one. A good one.
