1-A. Explain the purpose for writing this e-mail.(The need for launching this business). Recently in Japan, the animation is very popular in all generations. Not only that the reason, but we also come up with the skills of japanese animators is very high level in the word.
1-B. Write a persuasive statement as to why this business type is important. Animation the one of the Japan's wonderful culture is easy to spread in the world and unfortunately in case the Japan become economic crisis, it can be get over by the popularity of animation.
1-C. How do you plan to start this business? At first, we must to find the people who want to work with our animation. Next we should have find sponsor and save the money. As follows, we will make a place for machinery and materials.
1-D.Explain how you will coordinate between your group members. Explain the role for each group member in this business. Kazuki Funada: Our chairman who finally decide our jobs. Takahiro Watanabe: He will make an animation and study the latest skills about process of making animation. Yukihiro Nishikawa: He will think our company how to become famous to the funs of animation and make the schedule for the future. Kazuki Yatsui: He will train the young people for our next generation of company.
1-E. Finally ask for my help in guiding you through any problem that you might have when launching this business. Our company are worrying about the possibility of our keeping up with the moving of the time.
2-A. What business will you be in? What will you do? We are making Animations and character's goods.
2-B. Mission Statement: Many companies have a brief mission statement, usually in thirty words or less, explaining their reason for being and their guiding principles. If you want to draft a mission statement, this is a good place to put it in the plan . We will fascinate all people in the world by animations.
2-C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations ? where you want your business to be. Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal achievement. For example, a goal might be to have a healthy, successful company that is a leader in customer service and has a loyal customer following. Objectives might be annual sales targets and some specific measures of customer satisfaction. Our company are making animations for from children to adults. We are aiming for our animation become famous all over the world.
2-D. Business philosophy:What is important to you in business? We think the most important in business is connections and trusts of people, company and sponsor.
2-E. To whom will you market your products? Your target market? (State it briefly here - you will do a more thorough explanation in the Marketing section). First,we will make a company in Japan and we will prevail our animations. Next we will spread our company to the many countries and introduce what is the animations of Japan.
2-F. Describe your industry. Is it a growth industry? What changes do you foresee in your industry, short term and long term? How will your company be poised to take advantage of them? In short term, we suppose our company can change the trend of the TV program. In long term, we expect the skill of animation level in the world will be high. So we should be make the new type of animations for example 3D animation.
2-G. Your most important company strengths and core competencies: * What factors will make the company succeed? * What do you think your major competitive strengths will be? * What background experience, skills, and strengths do you personally bring to this new venture? Our company should be sensitive about the latest trends and make an idea from it. We can give to many people a lots of inspiration and memories. And we can save it by making products. We can use all experience in our life. For example some people's life can be a story of animation.
