AT&T deployed a next generation Ethernet network across the 22 state local serving areas. The network consisted
of two types of IPAG elements. The first type, IPAG1, is used for access at the edge of the network. The second
type, IPAG2, aggregates and switches traffic from multiple IPAG1s and forms the core of the next generation
metro Ethernet network. Together IPAG1 and IPAG2 represent the IPAG network. Target customers include retail,
wholesale, resale, and internal (infrastructure).


Job Responsibilities:

    Manage the requirements and ensure that all the phases have traceability to the requirements.
    Acting in a consulting capacity to other teams like AT&T Management, IBM Senior Management and IBM

This site is complex as the requirement includes a Credit management module to be implemented within FMS.

Project #2:       Mcel (Mozambique)

Abstract: The project is a new installation of Nikira™ Version 6.1 at mCel – Mozambique thereby helping fraud
management and detection Team to effectively detect and prevent fraudulent activities in the network.

Role: Engineer-Professional Service Organization.

Job Responsibilities:

    •   Understand COTS behavior and suggest to-be processes with minimum gaps.
    •   Data Gathering & Validation through Requirement Gathering Workshops at the Customers site from the
        various Network Elements (MSC’s, Billing, HLR, IN, Roaming etc).
    •   Performing gap analysis and data gathering to understand the client requirements.
    •   Mapping business requirements and business processes of the client with the proposed technology/product
        solutions.
    •   Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution.
    •   Knowledge and good understanding of technologies employed in BSS/OSS systems.
