- While Wikipedia inspires other wikisourcing initiatives the practice is hard work and demands business discipline. Technology enables but both contributing content and accessing information must be as simple as possible. Incentives to contribute that work for the crowd, whose wisdom you are trying to collect. are essential. Intentionally tapping all the networks of stakeholders on which the project depends is critical as is ensuring value is created for the sponsor.
