  Impel puts TRAI’s NCPR list on the Cloud!

  Impel CRM helps you ensure TRAI’s NCPR compliance.

  Bangalore, India, September 26, 2012 -- Bangalore-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM

  company, PK4 Software Technologies, today announced the integration of TRAI’s National Customer

  Preference Registry (NCPR) compliance into its flagship product, Impel CRM. PK4 is now a registered

  telemarketer with TRAI.

  Impel CRM customers now have a simple way of ensuring compliance. Phone numbers registered on

  the TRAI’s NCPR portal are now identified with a crossed-out red phone icon in Impel CRM. This will

  immediately identify to the user that this number is in the TRAI NCPR portal and therefore should not

  be called.

  Impel CRM now contains all the current 270 million phone numbers that are listed in the TRAI’s NCPR

  portal. And the list is updated every 15 days automatically. Impel CRM provides several phone number

  fields to users – Primary Phone, Secondary Phone, Mobile Phone, Work Phone and Home Phone. All

  View pages that display these phone numbers, check Impel’s internal NCPR list and display the Do-not-

  call icon against numbers registered in the NCPR.
