Three things need to be conveyed here - 1) It has to be conveyed that by not giving the personality test, you are missing something. 2) To do – map personality types with job roles. 3) Talk about some of the different personality types. Then ask desired personality type for matching role. For example ----- Like conscientious shud be high for any kind of job. Extrovert – suited for sales / Business Development profiles
When talking abt overall improvement – stress the fact that employability improves for companies brought by Aspiring Minds and all other companies which visit the campus. We intend to have an animation showing different aspects of the report. Stress the fact that you are entitled to a detailed feedback just by virtue of giving a single test, and this feedback tells u so much about you, your strong and weak areas, and what career choices are suited to you based on your performance. One single test opens up an entire window of information regarding the student. Here is also where the pre-final year pitch comes in, mostly for the TPOs. But the fact is, that with a detailed feedback like this, the pre-final year students give themselves a good headstart in preparation for the finals. They know well in advance what areas they need to work on, and they are provided the resources they will need to help them get to the objective. Stress the fact that if a student is serious about implementing the feedback received, he gives himself a very good chance of getting a good job, not just through the companies that hire through AM but also direct campus placements. For pre-final year students who might opt for it, it is just an indicator of how serious they are of working on their weak areas and improving themselves well in time before the final placements start. We need to stress more on this slide, as it directly relates to the benefits the student gets from the assessment. We will have a video of a student and TPO talking about the benefits of the feedback. This is done to up play the feedback.
