Budget: 3000€ (from partners and sponsors as
well as support from university)

6 weeks prior to the event
Type, quality and amount of the donation
Elementary schools in need were found
Free accommodation by the governorship
Free transportation by the university
Certain level of standard of all the scholastic needs
Paint needs met by International Paint Ltd.

12. After the Event
Sufficient amount of donations to elementary
schools were successfully done.
Local children found the chance to meet
foreigners for the first time.
Erasmus students experienced a typical example
of local culture in southeastern Turkey.
Erasmus students found an opportunity to visit
historical downtown of Sanliurfa.
