  2. What other negative things have you heard about self-care? Who are the people who say these things? Do you feel guilty when you take time out for yourself?
  3. What are your current priorities? How many hats are you wearing? List the 3 most important or fulfilling things you want to do/be/have. ____________________________________________ ____________________________________________ ____________________________________________
  4. Do you have a place to run to when you are overwhelmed? What people, activities, or things can you get rid of in your life right now? Do you know the art of meditation?
  5. Do you remember the dreams you had when you were a kid? How many times in your life have you written your dreams down? Write down one dream and then break it down into smaller pieces. ________________________________________________ When do you want to complete your goals?
  6. Would you say that all your friends are positive people? How often do you talk to your friends considering your busy life?
