 Training is an ongoing process, not a one time workshop.
 Remember, you don’t have to be the expert … you’ll NEVER
    be the expert.
   Culture change often starts at the bottom up. Nurture your
    innovators and let them lead the way.
   Timely, in-class help is an invaluable asset for teachers.
   You spent huge amounts on the equipment. Spend on the
    staff and training to make it work.
   Culture change requires planning and lots of time. Make the
    time for it.

  • 51. Some Tips  Training is an ongoing process, not a one time workshop.  Remember, you don’t have to be the expert … you’ll NEVER be the expert.  Culture change often starts at the bottom up. Nurture your innovators and let them lead the way.  Timely, in-class help is an invaluable asset for teachers.  You spent huge amounts on the equipment. Spend on the staff and training to make it work.  Culture change requires planning and lots of time. Make the time for it.
