ecommerce companies in India. We have launched 3 extensions in short span of 12
months.
2.www.mprofinders.com- This is Automation of Recruitment process which is based on
SAAS model. We have launched two versions for recruitment companies and
small/medium companies.
3.Staff Augmentation: We have launched both prepaid and postpaid models of
recruitment. We are one of first to launch cost efficient model of recruitment for
startups which is running very successfully

4. Management Team
• Simerjeet Singh: Founder - He has more than 15 years experience in IT
industry and was heading complete Technology of Convergys, Aviva Life
Insurance, yatra.com where he was in charge of complete technology
initiatives. He is taking care of complete Strategy, Technology, Marketing, Sales
for ecommerce division. He was CTO in his last two assignments at Aviva Life
Insurance and Yatra.com.
•Anupreet Kaur: Co-Founder - She has around 15 years experience in taking
care of HR, Administration, Operations and was heading HR and Administration
of Aspire India, UKLI, Oberoi Group of Hotels. She looks after complete HR,
Administration, Operations, Delivery, Finance of ecommerce initiative
•Neil Malhotra: Advisor- Based out of USA, he has built and sold two
companies in India to Kaplan and Playdom. He provides strategic inputs to team
on how to build successful companies. He is willing to come to India and join us
in management team once we receive funding. He is a Caltech Graduate in
Engineering and was a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellow

1. This was acquired around 1 year back with only couple of categories and
products from Chennai based team and was redeveloped. This portal currently has
more than 9000 products/100 + brands/20 + Categories and is recognized as one of
top ecommerce company based out of India. We have one of biggest range for

We have also launched our web based Recruitment product by the name of
Mprofinders which is end to end applicant tracking system. This is complete web
based ERP solution which is based on SAAS model.This system has two modules:
1. Recruitment Companies: This is for recruitment companies which can take care of
attendance, Resume Parsing,Uploading,Client Creation, Interview status, Invoicing
and Dashboards.
2. Corporate Companies: This is also for small to Medium IT companies who cannot
afford big ERP. This has all functionalities required for corporate companies and has
tightly integrated client and vendor modules.

Outlook,Yahoo,Gmail and Job Portals.

8. Staff Augmentation
• We currently have following models in Staff Augmentation:
1.MindzHire: This is prepaid model of recruitment for startup companies where they
have to pay just 20% of total recruitment cost.
2.Postpaid Recruitment. This is normal traditional recruitment process where clients pay
after 1 month. In this model we charge 8.33%,10%,12 depending upon experience level
of candidates.
3.Subcontractual Hiring: In this we take on hiring for the clients where we hire people on
our payrolls and they work with client at the client location.

• As we have our own ecommerce portal, we have done sourcing with all
Manufacturers/ corporate companies so it helps us to get the best discount and we pass
on the same to our corporate clients.
• Being sister concern of Elite HR Practices which is around 3 years old and is one of top
Recruitment company in IT/Telecom domain. They have more than 150 corporate clients
so it becomes easier for us to pitch gifting solutions to all our clients.
• We have one of biggest setup for Personalized Printing and We can do
Personalzied/Customized stuff for our clients in big quantities. We can provide most of
stuff with company branding.
