2.  Running of the bulls is part of a Spanish Fiesta
(festival). It started when..... Spanish officials
would lead the bulls into the centre of the city
for a bullfight. Soon the people decided to run
in front of the bulls for fun. Now many people
do this and it has become a festival

3. 1). If you want to run with the bulls you must be over
18 years old.
2). To make sure people know when the bulls are
released a rocket goes off.
3). 15 people have died in 100 years.
4). You are not allowed to compete in running of the
bulls if you join half way through.
5). Running of the bulls takes place from 7 July to 14
July.
6). A 3,000 wooden part double fence marks the bull
run

4. 1). Never attract the bulls attention because they run
down the path at full speed.
2). Refrain from touching the bulls or walking behind
them.

5.  1). Wearing inappropriate clothing and
jewels.
 2). Running drunk.
 3).Attracting the bulls attention.
 4).Running drugged.

6. Animal welfare group has protested against running of
the bulls because it is cruel to the bulls and because
42 bulls lost their lives in the last festival. Also
many other societies have protested against running
of the bulls because of the deaths and injuries caused.

7.  Spain is currently the soccer world
champions. Spain is a European country
between the Mediterranean and the
Atlantic. Another famous festival in
Spain is the La Tomatina
Tradition says that running of the bulls
originated in the 14 th Century.
