•Recall any two memorable sensual pleasures (sounds,
smell, taste, sight and touch) that you can recall?
•What are your favourite moments of each day? What
pleasure do they bring you?
•What activities provide the greatest feelings of happiness
while you are doing them?
• Try answering these questions thinking of yourself 3 years before. Once you
have done that, respond to the same question of per your values and beliefs
today.

9. Pleasure
Pleasure is an important part of our material lives, but can
never be a sustained form of happiness because it is
dependent on three factors which are never a constant.
