The simplest way to do this is to consume slightly more
carbs than usual on days that you simply work out while
minimising your fat intake, as well as on rest days or days
which you do just walking or slow movements you need to
eat more fat while minimising the carbs.
6. Another important question is does muscle burn off fat
fast? After many years of study the answer to this one is
slightly disappointing. I know of reports that point out
that muscle will burn 50 calories per pound of bodyweight
per day but the truth is that it's actually better 5 or 6
calories. And if you're wanting to lose fat don't trust
putting on a lot of muscle and after that using that of
burning of the fat. We have tried that method plus it really
doesn't work.
