• Open Finder and make a folder in Documents for the APTS
FCP X.sparseimage file currently on the DVD
• Copy the APTS FCP X.sparseimage file from the DVD to
the Documents folder on your Mac
• Do not try to run the files straight off the DVD
Copy the book files from the DVD to your computer

Position the pointer over the green star icon at the left end
of the toolbar.

The keyboard shortcut to access this function is F.

duration, the longer the
filmstrip
• Can be set to „All‟ so
each clip is only a

reduce the size of the
clip thumbnails.
• You can also choose
whether or not to
display an audio

Show Waveforms.
Then drag the Clip Height
