3. LETS CHENNAI
 RCC kick started its first professional service project, ”LETS
CHENNAI” orientation on Rotaract, on 4th June 2011.
 Rtn.BABU SESHATHARI oriented member on Rotary and
Rotaract respectively, and they also embharished advantages in
being part of our Movement.
 Professional service director Rtr.SANTHOSH KARAN bought the
attention of Rotaractors by communication session.
 The Event was witnessed by 30 Rotaractors and Rtr.SASI DRS &
Rtr.PRAVEEN from RC of Loyola community joined with us .
 End of the day we celebrate our club member
Rtr.MUNEESWARAN birthday.

4. CHARTERED DAY
 On 26TH June 2011, We
celebrated our club birthday
with all pomp and grandeur
at KASTHURIBA GANDHI
HOSPITAL at Triplicane.
 We provided new dress to
the Newly born babies on
that day.
 On the same day we
celebrated Rtr.VINODH &
Rtr.SWATHI birthday in
MARINA BEACH.

6. PRESIDENT INSTALLATION
 The 7th year President of RCC
Rtr.UMANATH has been installed at
“HOTEL SAVERA” on 16th July 2011 and
along with his 38 office bearers were
inducted.
 The Chief Guest was Rtn.NANDITHA
KRISHNAN, President Rotary club of
Madras & The Dist.Rotaract Chair Rtn.
Elango was Guest of Honour.
 The Dias was also shared by GOLDEN
APPLE AWARD & ACCOLADE OF
FINENESS recipients Rtn.PREVEEN
K.MEHRA from Rotary Club Of Madras
Chenna Patna & Rtr.PP.ARJUN RAJA
from Rotaract club of Chennai
respectively.
 We launched our club BULLETIN “THE
OLAI” as a part of community service
project “PALLIKOODAM”.
 We celebrate PDRR.Rtr.SOLOMON
VICTOR & Rtr.SARANYA Birthday on
the day of Installation.
 We Had fellowship at Nungambakam
KFC.

7. RCC OF KANCHANA
 On 23rd July 2011, Our 1st
club service project it is a
movie fellowship at
„„SANGAM THEATER‟‟.
 On the same day we did the
community service project
called “OLD IS GOLD”, We
gave gold clothes from
RCC‟ians and donated to
children's in an orphanage
(NESAKARAM) in
nungambakam
 We Had fellowship at
Marina beach.

8. SECOND FORMAL MEETING
 On 30 July 2011, our club second formal meeting
in “ROTARY CENTER”.
 On the same day we celebrated PDRR
Rtr.SURESH , Rtr.DEBORA & Rtr.ASHA DEVI
birthdays.
 We had our fellowship in “HOTEL ANJAPPER”

ON AUGUST 11-12

10. SPORTS DAY IN OUR PALLIKOODAM
 On 5th August 2011, we
conducted Sports events for
the children's in the school
which we have adopted
near Vandalore ZOO.
 20 of our club members
conducted this event.
 On that day Community
service team conducted
sports events like Running
Race, Sack Race, Lemon &
Spoon, Banana
eating, Balloon Game etc.
 We conducted
Drawing, Essay
writing, Story
telling, THIRUKURAL etc.

11. BACK 2 BESSY
 On 7th August 2011 we
had our first informal
meeting in Besant
Nagar Beach.
 We celebrated our club
member Rtr.PRASADH
& Rtr.SANTHOSH
Birthday.
 After that we attended
the RITMO Event.

12. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
 On 15th August 2011, We
celebrated “INDEPENDENCE
DAY‟ in our PALLIKOODAM
which we have adopted.
 On that day we gave prizes to
the winners of the sports events
which we have conducted.
 We Provided Note
Books, Geometry box and
stationary items to the 250
children‟s in our Pallikoodam .
 On that day the school children
preformed Dance, Drama.
 On that day 30 of our club
members attended the project.
 We had a fellowship in ABIRAMI
MEGA MALL after our project.
