10. Health and Wellness I don’t need to track my blood pressure, glucose, oxygen levels or weight. I always remember to take my medications on time. I never get confused about whether I’ve taken my medications. My loved ones are happy (and don’t nag me) about where I live. I’m not worried about falling or having an accident while alone. I exercise regularly and know how much I move during the day.
