Leadership
The ability to inspire confidence and support among the
people who are needed to achieve a goals.
(Dublin 2007)
Leaders
Anyone who is influencing the activities of others towards
the achievement of a goal.
3. The main Leadership Styles
Autocratic LeadershipAutocratic leadership is an extreme form of transactional
leadership, where leaders have a lot of power over their
people.
Democratic LeadershipDemocratic leaders make the final decisions, but they
include team members in the decision-making process.
Laissez-Faire LeadershipThis French phrase means "leave it be," and it describes
leaders who allow their people to work on their own.

he made every major or minor decisions
Motivational level of the peers, The motivation level was high because otherwise the death
subordinates and followers
was ensured and he did not trust his close generals

Hitler’s coaching was superb but through his coaching,
people frustrated Hitler took the practice of personal
command
Delegating the work
He was isolated and he blamed the mistakes of his own and
the works of others to his followers
Participating and Supporting
Hitler was a commander, when Red army surrounded
Germany he ran away and suicide with his wife
Power
Conquered the other countries to gain power
8. Conclusion
According to Mahatma Gandhi the leadership he followed is the
democratic leadership style
According to Adolf Hitler his main leadership style that he followed
was autocratic leadership style
As the results of above finding the best leader is Mahatma Gandhi
because when comparing to Adolf Hitler the leadership styles
Mahatma Gandhi followed was more appropriate and successive
leadership style
Successful leadership brings great success in an activity or in
achieving great goals, objectives, visions & missions
A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say:
we did it ourselves.
