Main Projects 2012- 2013 All the electrical, lighting, and Low Currents studies for M2- M8
eight Gate. Damascus suburb.
More than 130000 sq.m of built - area. Seven tower residential buildings and
more than three hundred flats, duplex flats and penthouses.
Our services is provided to “OSOS Engineering", The Employer was "EMAAR "
(the Emirate Properties) and IGO (International Group Overseas) .
2011-2012 PETRO CANADA offices at eight gate Damascus suburb.
Supervision of all works especially electrical and extra low voltage works. Our
services were provided to Powis architectural office London.
2008 – 2009 All the electrical, lighting, and Low Currents studies for
TRANSMALL . Near Homs (Homs – Damascus Highway)
More than 100000 sq.m and 37000 sq.m of building areas The project consists
of:
6000 sq.m Hyper market, 105 Stores, VIP Restaurant and Child areas (Ice
skating, Bowling, …)
2005-2007 All the electrical, lighting, and Low Currents studies for ALAKMAR
resorts – al Maara . Near Damascus
More than 22000 sq. m of building areas The project consists of:
Open area restaurant with gardens, multipurpose hall, anniversary halls, bar,
children facilities, panoramic restaurant, outdoor swimming pools, health club
and 40 chalets. We have carefully considered the environmental conditions
when designing this project.
1995-2001 -Design and execution supervision of all the electrical works for
MONTE-ROSA tourism complex (hotel & country club) near Damascus.
Project includes the following:
Four stars’ hotel (80 beds), 18 chalets, four open air restaurants (600 seats
approx.), four inside restaurants and night clubs (1000 seats approx.) 30 private
villas, sports facilities (indoor and outdoor swimming pools, health club, squash
racket, tennis courts, basketball, mini-golf and other), entertainment/cultural
facilities including outdoors amphitheater cinema/video projection hall, etc.

The project is equipped with all the required modern facilities such as satellite T.V
network, extensive computer network (including outlets in the hotel bedrooms), etc.
We have carefully considered the environmental conditions when designing this

2001 All the electrical, lighting, and Low Currents studies for Mashta Al Houlo
Hotel –. Near Homs.
The project consist of 52 Rooms and Suites With all facilities for modern hotels
2000 - 2001Supervision of ISIS (Information System Infrastructures and
Services) Project for CBOS (Central Bank Of Syria)
The project consists of erection of data network and telephone network for the
whole building (450 access points) with power network via UPS for the U-Shape
building (150 access points from the whole 450 access points).
The project consists of replacing of the PABX (Private Automatic Branch
eXchange) and supplying, installation and putting into service of the server and
the workstations in addition of software and training courses.
The project is financed by the European Community and erected by NEXUS
1997-2000 -All the electrical, lighting, and Low Currents studies for Damascus
Modern Art Museum. In coordination with Belgian Architects CERAU (the first
prize winner of the International conceptual designs competition for the project).
Project includes the following:
All up-to-date environmental conditions for proper exhibition and storage of the
different types of artifacts have carefully been foreseen in our designs. Total built
area more than 13000 square meters, approx. indoor exhibition areas (permanent,
temporarily, and visiting collections) 5000 square meters; project contains several
technical, cultural, and entertainment facilities such as lecture hall, evaluation/

4. preservation laboratories, art archives and library, etc. The Museums security and
control systems are part of our tasks.
2008-2007 Dar Said Koraish near Damascus
The project 18000 sq.m lands with approx. 20000 sq.m built area, is an orphanage.
Five buildings Teaching (40 classes & Lab.) Residence for 450 students, Clubs,
amphitheater, Sport & swimming pool halls and administration building.
HEALTH CARE PROJECTS
Main Projects 2011- Date Consultancy supervision made for the Expansion of Al Assad
University Teaching Hospital – Damascus
Scrutiny and acceptance of all the electrical, lighting, and Low Currents shop
drawings and as-built drawings, supervision of all the electrical and low currents
works including factory inspection visits inside and outside Syria.
The Contractor is the Joint Venture Makiber- Yacoubian JV
Our services is provided to “Al Farra Consulting Office.
2011- 2013 All the electrical and Low Currents studies for
Dar Al Shifaa Hospital: (220 beds -– Damascus).
Development and renovation studies for an existing hospital.
Project includes the following:
Two additional levels, Imaging department, Catheter department, OR
department and ICUs with all facilities existing in modern heart hospitals.
Our services are being provided to “Al Farra Consulting Office.
2008-2010 Support to Syria’s national cancer strategy Feasibility studies
for the Aleppo and Homs cancer centers
Assessment of skeleton existing two comprehensive cancer centers first one in
Aleppo and the second one in Homs.
Our TOR includes preparing complete tender document with drawings, master
and special specifications and BOQ. For all heavy and low current systems.
The project was financed by the EIB (European Investment Bank).
Our services are being provided to the consortium “EPOS Health Consultants
GmbH, Al Jidara and Khalil Al-Farra & Associates".
2006-2009 All the electrical and Low Currents studies for
Al MOUASAT Heart Center Hospital: (180 beds -– Damascus).
Development and renovation studies for an existing hospital.
Project includes the following:
Ten levels, Imaging department, Catheter department, OR department and ICUs
with all facilities existing in modern heart hospitals.
Our services are being provided to “Al Farra Consulting Office.
2006-2007 All the electrical and Low Currents studies for
Al MOUASAT Emergency Hospital: (180 beds -– Damascus). In coordination
with BEMARSTAN Project includes the following:
Twelve levels, Emergency department, Imaging department, endoscopy, 500
persons lecture hall, OR department and ICUs with all facilities existing in
modern general hospitals.
2005-2007 Scrutiny and acceptance of the studies made for the Al Andaluss
Teaching Hospital – Homs in coordination with BEMARSTAN
The Plans and the Specifications was made by ACADEMIC CON. ENG. Inc. -
DAMASCUS – SYRIA Project includes the following:
100 patient beds, with all facilities existing in modern general hospitals
2005-2006 All the electrical and Low Currents studies for
Jaramana Charity Hospital: (80 beds General Hospital -– Damascus). In
coordination with BEMARSTAN & MEBEX. Five levels with 8.000 sq. m of total
built area approximately, with all facilities existing in modern general hospitals.
2000-2002 All the electrical and Low Currents studies for Three 100 Beds
Hospitals in Iraq. In coordination with BEMARSTAN & MEBEX.
The hospitals will be built in Deala, Wassit and Shaab, three locations near
Baghdad. Project includes the following:
Three levels with more than 3000 square meters each, with all facilities existing
in modern general hospitals.

2000-2001 - All the electrical and Low Currents studies for Radiotherapy
Center (extension for the SHAM Cancer Hospital at al Mazzeh. In
coordination with BEMARSTAN Project includes the following:
Four levels (two underground floors, Ground and first floor).
Two Linear Accelerator therapy units, Simulator, CT scanner, MRI…….
1990-1991 The Medico-Surgical Hospital:
In coordination with BEMARSTAN (60 beds-private hospital Damascus).
Development and renovation studies. Tasks included the addition of I.C.U, outpatient
department, relocation of the central services, the addition of elevators, the
installation of the first MRI unit in Syria (site planning, technical, electrical,
mechanical, sanitary, air-conditioning, equipment layout, execution and installation
supervision, acceptance tests, provisional.
1983-1986 The Police Hospital
400 beds general hospital (Ministry of Interior). Our services were provided to GCEC.
1982-1984 Tartous Hospital
450 beds general hospital, Tartous/Syria (Ministry of Health).

Main Projects 2012 – Evaluation and Assessment of electrical installation and power sources
for ADAMCO pharmacutical
2003-2005 - All the electrical and Low Currents studies and supervision for the "
Fromageries Bel Production" bel_SYRIA processed cheese factory near
Damascus. In coordination with CHATTA studies and contractors.
Project includes the following:
Nine buildings one and two levels with more than 7000 square of build area.
2008 Cham Bank ( Islamic Bank) - All the electrical, Low Currents and security
studies for Alep, Homs and Hamah Branches
1998-2005 Energy Saving Studies for large establishments:
