5. Difference between Plagiarism and Copyright?? Plagiarism is a matter of ethics! Copyright is a matter of law!

7. Copyright Infringement Copyright infringement is the use or reuse of the words or ideas without permission !

8. There is always a conflict about who owns what!

9. Cutting and pasting is Plagiarism! Plagiarism is the unauthorized use of someone's language, work or thoughts.

10. Downloading songs from the internet without paying is illegal because it is somebody’s else property.

11. One can be jailed if found guilty of copyright infringement.

12. Are we criminals?! Yes! Because we unknowingly download songs and sing songs without paying the owner their copyright money.

13. Too much of law is bad! People should have freedom in terms of access to internet for the society’s progress.

14. Fair use is taking a small portion of the copyrighted material that doesn’t require gaining the permission of the copyright holder.

16. We create new ideas from the old ones. So there should be a little flexibility in terms of using materials.
