The Red-billed Tropicbird, also known as the Boatswain Bird, has a disturbed but not rare population that is believed to be decreasing due to threats. It is found across tropical waters of the Atlantic, Indian, and eastern Pacific Oceans, breeding in colonies in locations such as the Galapagos Islands, Spain, Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia. The Red-billed Tropicbird has long wings with black markings, a red bill, and is slender with white coloring.
