Explain what your role was in the project work.
As i worked in a team, we split our responsibilities so that our project can run smoothly.
My responsibility is to:
• Speak with Ben Cole, the school’s community’s event manager, about the exhibition and get
permission from him to book a room for the exhibition day.
• Design the exhibition promotion poster
• Putting up the exhibition promotion posters and promoting it
• Promote the exhibition on www.facebook.com
• Look for professional people so we can interview and get feedback as our primary research

My partner’s responsibility is to:
• Design the storyboard plan of how the models will look and the location of where the
photographs will be taken.
• Keep a record of everything e.g. meeting schedule. This is in case we have to look back at what
we talked about in our previous meeting.
• Order the costumes and accessories and handle the budget.
• Plan and run the audition and making the audition promotion poster.
• Promote the exhibition on www.facebook.com

- I met all deadlines and targets that i set for - As i didn’t know how to use a laminator to
myself. laminate the photographs, i let my partner do this
instead.

What have you learnt about yourself through completing this project?
- By completing this project, i learnt that in a production which involves more than one person, good
Diploma Level 2 Information Technology
team work is essential in order for the production to run according to plan. I think my team work skills
were very good as i respected my partner and her ideas and split our responsibilities fairly and equally.
I’ve also developed a lot of new skills such as directing, managing, organising and communicating as
well as camera skills.
