tienopiridinas

Ticagrelor: doble vía
- Inhibición reversible del
receptor P2Y12 de la Plaqueta:
Efecto Antiagregante
- Inhibición transportador de
membrana ENT-1 en el
eritrocito: Aumento local de la
concentración de adenosina.
CPTP: ciclo-pentil-triazolo-pirimidina; ENT: equilibrative nucleoside transporter.
Activación/Agregación plaquetaria
plaqueta P2Y12.
- CPTP (Ticagrelor): Mecanismo de acción dual
Inhbición reversible del P2Y12:
- A pesar de alcanzar mayores
niveles de antiagregación, la tasa
de sangrados mayores en PLATO
fue similar entre Tica y Clopi4,5.
Inhibición recaptación adenosina en
el eritrocito:
-Inhibición adicional de la
activación/agregación plaquetaria6
- Cardioprotección7
- Vasodilatación8,9,10

31. Ticagrelor Triturado : Estudio Mojito
The aim of the Mashed Or Just Integral pill of TicagrelOr (MOJITO) study is to
evaluate the superiority of Ticagrelor 180 mg LD mashed pill versus Ticagrelor 180
mg LD integral pill both orally administrated in decreasing residual platelet
reactivity 1 hour after the administration among 70 patients with STEMI (ST
segment elevation myocardial infarction) undergoing PPCI with bivalirudin
monotherapy
32. Ticagrelor Triturado: Estudio Mojito
PRU 1 hour after the LD was 168 (61-251) and 252 (167-301) in crushed and integral group, respectively (p=0.006). PRU
values did not significantly differ between crushed and integral tablet groups at 2, 4 and 8 hours from LD (p= NS for all).
HRPR was found in 35% and 63% patients (p=0.011) at 1 hour
