Yo stent convencional a todos - Dr. Bruno García Del Blanco
1. DEBATE: ¿CON QUÉ STENT?
“YO STENT CONVENCIONAL
A TODOS”
Dr Bruno García del Blanco. H Vall Hebrón. Barcelona
2. •“stent convencional” por stent NO farmacoactivo
•Defender un “ a todos ” (estrategia indiscriminada)
implica equivocarse “ en alguno o incluso en muchos”.
(estrategia discriminativa)

27. Estudios COSTE-EFECTIVIDAD
•….despite differences in revascularization ratesthe cost-
effectiveness and cost utility of DES remained high (419.000 $ per
QUALY gained)….. 1
•….this reduction with DES is due to TLR and their lack of evidence
means that various health funding agencies are having limit to
regulate thei use in relation to price premium. …….. 2
•…treatment with DES after admission with AMI is less cost
effective than treatment with BMS……3
