teachers can still assist students on how to cope in the workplace

50. Regularly pray with the students.
7. Three Idea Selection
1.The most practical idea (one that could be easily implemented):
“Include a course in personal development.”
Practical because it can easily be organized in a college set-up. It
can either be a separate subject or a required elective. And the result can
be immediate.
8. Three Idea Selection
2. The most disruptive idea (one that would make a huge impact,
regardless of how feasible or affordable it is)
“What if more companies make their own colleges!”
Wouldn’t it be easier if companies mold their own people
according to their specifications. That way, students will not have to go
through the limiting process and possible failure of job interviews??
9. Three Idea Selection
3. My favorite idea (one idea that you are excited about for whatever
reason... you don’t have to justify why)
“What if actual hiring starts on the final year of college students
so that teachers can still assist students on how to cope in the workplace”
