for diabetes .But Every
medicine has its side effects.
So the Ayurvedic treatment as
as the alternative treatment for
diabetes is very good thing.

3. 1. Ginseng
Several different varieties of
ginseng available, but studies
have shown that ginseng
(Panax quinquefolius) found in
North American may improve
blood sugar control and
glycosylated hemogobin (a form
of hemoglobin in the blood used
to monitor blood glucose levels
over time) levels.

4. 2. Aloe Vera
Although aloe vera gel is generally
used as home remedy for minor burns
and other skin conditions, recent
research have shown that Aloe Vera
gel may help people with diabetes.
Researchers separated a number of
active phytosterol compounds from the
gel that reduced blood glucose and
glycosylated hemoglobin levels.

5. 3.Amla or gooseberry juice
Ayurveda recommends amla, in treatment of
diabetes, as it is affluent of vitamin c and build up
suitable performance of pancreases.
Use 2-3 gooseberries, take out seeds make the paste
of amla, after taking out the seeds, obtain out the
juice through setting the paste in cloth. Blend this
juice in water and take it with empty stomach daily.
Gooseberry juice with Bitter gourd juice can also
be taken daily in the morning.

It is rich in fiber, which helps

carbohydrates and sugar level.
Immerse in water for the
whole night, take it with empty
stomach in the morning, should

Many studies, says that, bitter ground
(Momordica charantia) or karela
extracts, it comprises the capacity to
lessen the action of the alpha
glucosidase enzyme and this helps the

the food.

It is a medium/ large, deciduous tree that
generally grows near India, Nepal, and Sri
Lanka. Parts of the Vijaysar (heartwood,
leaves, flowers) have long been used for
their medicinal properties in Ayurveda. The
heartwood part of Vijaysar is used in the
treatment of inflammation and diabetes. The
gum resin of P. marsupium is the only
product ever found to regenerate beta cells
that produce insulin in the pancreas. Also
known as Indian Kino is available in
powder form which is made from the bark of
the tree.
