Managing Service Organization : the TOC Way

                                         manufacturing industry, TOC has a complete Body of Knowledge that is now
                                         fast spreading into Service and Solution Sectors. In fact, early movers have
                                         already taken a head start.

                                         The One Day workshop on 'Managing Service Organization: The TOC Way',
                                         is a quick way to build contextual understanding of TOC in your Business.
                                         The session is intended to help practitioners in exploring opportunities to
                                         apply TOC for dramatic improvements. The session is presented by Dr.
                                         Shridhar Lolla, a specialist in Organizational Effectiveness and a practitioner
                           of Theory of Constraints. He is also an external consultant to Goldratt Group, the
pioneers of Theory of Constraints. Earlier in his career, he was a part of the team that built the IT centric Corporate
Research Center of the Swiss Conglomerate ABB at Bangalore. There, he was a Member of the Management Team
and served as the Head of Applications & Solutions Group. He is the author of two game changing books, 'The Path:
Leveraging Operations in a Complex and Chaotic World' and 'Building Competitiveness- the TOC Way'.
