According to this map an e-learning project can be divided into three major phases.
Business Phase: This phase deals with everything that needs to be done before the actual production
starts like team selection, budgeting, feasibility analysis and so on.
Design Phase: In this phase high level designs are created.
Development Phase: In this phase the actual product is developed.
