The trainer is a lawyer, organisational consultant and an expert in Governance, Risk and Compliance Management across variety industries with over twenty five
years of experience in senior management roles in global multinationals. In particular, he has led and conducted over 300 corporate operations reviews assessing
regulatory and other legislative requirements. He is a former Asia Pacific Director in Deloitte’s Enterprise Risk Services division working in Hong Kong, Singapore,
Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and South Korea. He has advised clients such as:
