2. Trouble shooting for the big defect and provide the corrective action for below case.
1) Create the irregular MURA corrective platform for ZHONGHANG 3.0TN (SUMSUNG project). Analyze the factors such as
film formation, exposure, etch and rubbing processes to determine the corrective direction.
2) Cross color issue analysis
3. New material research
1) Low-reflective material platform. Contain low reflective solution using Tape Lamination (using double layer LR coating
between LENS and panel. Reduce the surface reflectance according to Full Lamination +AR coating on LENS. Contrast Ratio
test between reflective rate and room light.
2) Negative LC leading-in.
3) Low reflective Pol verification.
4. Technical platform
1) On cell performance corrective platform: simulate the accuracy for the touch property and verify that. To verify the
influence to touch property from different materials such as air gap,cover lens, POL and negative POL .
2) Technology platform for thin cell warp.
3) High NTSC technical platform. New R, G and pink LED backlight matched the high color gamut CF can work out
NTSC100% LCD.
